Sprawling over 140 acres, Summerlakes is a gated community in Carmel, Indiana.  The community has more than eighteen acres of lakes and nine acres of community green space.  Each of our eighty-nine homes are built on lots which are over an acre in size. 

 

Located on 96th Street between Ditch and Towne Roads, Summerlakes is only minutes away from major interstates and US Highways which provides connectivity to the Metro Indianapolis Area.  Downtown Carmel is a 10 minute drive and downtown Indianapolis attractions/restaurants are a mere 20-25 minute drive away.  Other neighboring communities such as Westfield and Zionsville are also located within a 10-15 minute drive.
